This 640-acre, heavily-wooded tract at Louetta and SH249 is a joint venture between Mischer Investments and Kickerillo Companies under the newly-formed V&W Partners Limited. Kickerillo, the sole home builder, is building 145 single-family homes. Homes are priced from $550,000 to over $2 million. Vintage Lakes, set behind a 50-foot natural tree buffer, has a gated entrance and two fountain lakes.
