WARRANTY ISSUES

Our Customer Care department has added a “Homeowner Portal” that will allow you to submit and view your service requests online. Simply go to www.kickerillo.com, go to “Contacts” and click on the “Customer Care” button. This will take you to the kickerillo.punchlistmanager.net login screen where you will type in your login and password (which you are provided at closing). After completing the simple steps above you will be able to:

  • Submit Your 30-Day Post Closing Service Request
  • Submit Your Warranty Service Request
  • View the Warranty Service Requests you have submitted
  • Print Your Requests
  • View Important Messages from Kickerillo Companies
