First of all, it has been a pleasure from the very start. We got introduced to your sales-person in January 2008 and agreed in a contract right after. Our man at that time was Andy and he is very consistent and reliable. He is a good man. We got all the answers we wanted and felt we could really trust all those difficult words and expressions. We have been building a house in our home-country Norway, but this was something different.

From the day in May when they started the concrete, everything has been as expected. We were very lucky with our supervisor – Rich Maynard – and he followed up closely step by step. If something was wrong, one phone call to Rich and the next day everything was in good order. That is a big advantage for your company, to have someone that you really can trust at all times and who gives much effort in pleasing every customer. We are 100% satisfied with his work, and he is a very professional and nice man to co-operate with. Thank you!
